Fun Practice Suggestions

1. Balloon Tennis: Use balloons as tennis balls and have your kids practice hitting them back and forth with a racket or their hands.



2. Target Practice: Set up targets around the room or in the backyard and have your kids practice hitting the ball to specific spots.



3. Wall Rally: Have your kids practice hitting the ball against a wall and trying to keep a rally going for as long as possible.



4. Mini Tennis: Set up a mini tennis court in your backyard or living room using tape or chalk and have your kids practice hitting the ball over the net.



5. Footwork Drills: Have your kids practice their footwork by doing drills such as ladder drills, cone drills, or agility drills.



6. Serve Practice: Set up a target for your kids to practice serving into and have them work on their technique and accuracy.



7. Shadow Tennis: Have your kids practice their swings and footwork without a ball, focusing on form and technique.



8. Tennis Ball Bounce: Have your kids practice bouncing a tennis ball on their racket or on the ground to improve hand-eye coordination.



9. Relay Races: Set up a relay race where your kids have to run to a designated spot, hit the ball, and run back to tag the next person in line.



10. Tennis Obstacle Course: Create an obstacle course with different stations where your kids have to hit the ball through hoops, over hurdles, or around cones.
